Senior Ember.JS Developer

Description

Songspace is looking to hire a Senior level Ember.JS developer to join our existing development team to continue to iterate on our our Ember.JS desktop application. You will be joining our team of two remote developers improving existing code and implementing new features.

Personal Requirements

1. Expert level written and spoken English
2. Acute attention to detail
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills
4. Ability to prioritize and execute on personal and team set goals
5. Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and layman terms
6. Experience working in a distributed and remote friendly team environment

Technical Requirements

1. Extensive experience consuming RESTFul API
2. Extensive Ember.JS/Ember CLI experience
3. Extensive Javascript experience
4. Extensive HTML/CSS experience
5. Experience profiling and benchmarking Javascript code
6. Experience with QUnit and TDD (ember-cli-mirage is a plus!)
7. BS/MS in CS or other technical field preferred but not required
